Monday Memo 5.18.26

Superintendent Murphy is here on Wednesday at 8:30 AM. If you have something happening between 8:30 and 9:30 that would be fun for him to see, please let me know. Otherwise, we will just cruise around.

Monday is our TK - 2nd Grade Assembly (to include the 2/3 split). Start time is 1:40 PM

Tuesday is our 3 - 5 Assembly. Start time is 1:40 PM

I sent messaging out to all families on Friday to make sure that we didn't miss anyone.

For the assemblies, please make sure that you have prepared some short statement for each student. The 3-5 assembly should be all kid driven where kids are celebrating each other.

Thanks for the work you put in to make this happen.

With the loss of our 6th planning time, it necessitates a change in the master schedule.

Please take a look at this very rough draft.

It would be great if you could talk about it as a team on Wednesday during PLC time and have your leadership representative take notes on suggested revisions.

This is just a starting point to begin the conversation.

I was sorry to have to cancel our May Leadership Team meeting.

To give us just a few minutes together before the end of the year, I have scheduled a leadership team meeting for Thursday, June 4th at 2:30 PM. I hope that leadership team members will be able to join me at that time.
